How to Find Your Routine

Follow these steps to filter your routine according to your needs:

1. Semester: Select the semester you want to view. The default option is Current. You can also choose Previous or Upcoming.
2. Routine Type: Select the type of routine: Class-Routine or Exam-Routine. If you select Exam-Routine, choose between Mid or Final. Other filters will be enabled only after selecting this option.
3. Faculty Code: After selecting the routine type, enter the faculty's short code. This will filter the routine based on the faculty's classes. Other options will be disabled.
4. Room Number: Enter the 4-digit room number where the first digit indicates the building and the next three digits indicate the room (Ex: 1203 → Building 1, Room 203) to view the class routine for that room. To view all rooms of a building, enter the building number followed by * (Ex: 2* → all rooms in Building 2).
5. Program: If you prefer to filter the routine by Program, Intake, and Section, you can do so here. This option will work independently of the Faculty Code and Room Number filters.
6. Intake: Select the intake associated with your program to further refine the routine.
7. Section: Choose your section to narrow down the routine to your specific classes.
8. Course Code: After selecting Program, Intake, and Section, you can also specify a Course Code to view the routine for a particular course. If you leave this field blank, the routine will be filtered by the Program, Intake, and Section.
